National classification for services in French
The National Classification of Services in French© was created by the Réseau de développement économique et d’employabilité (RDÉE) Canada and its members to inform visitors about the level of service that they will receive while visiting tourist sites.
It has three objectives:
Structure French-language and bilingual tourist services.
Meet market and client needs.
Make the destination and products more competitive.
It consists of three levels:
Service in French available at all times
Service in French available on request
Promotional articles and/or other documentation in French
