Boulangerie St. Pierre Bakery
Boulangerie St. Pierre Bakery was incorporated in 1968 producing approximately 200 loaves of bread per day. It has grown significantly since then.
The present capability of the bakery is around 1,800 loaves of bread per hour and 150 dozen buns every 20 minutes, six days a week — the bakery grew by another 5,000 square feet in the spring of 2021.
