Le Nordique de la vie spa

Our Nordic Life experience center is located in nature and includes a red cedar sauna providing optimal well-being and benefits.

Sit back, enjoy the warmth and sweat for about 30 minutes. You can then take a cold shower under the large rain shower head hanging on the fence when leaving the sauna or a cold bathtub where you will also find 3 large cedar whirlpool baths.

Repeat these steps two or three times and enjoy the benefits and relaxation that this complete Nordic experience offers you. You will find a changing room, a shower, a bathroom, a lounge, access to the trails, a fireplace, and hammocks.
